3. Legal basis and Google Consent Mode
Essential technologies are used because they are necessary to provide the service. Analytics and advertising cookies rely on prior consent under Article 6(1)(a) GDPR.
MotoDirecta uses Google Consent Mode v2. Before acceptance, consent is set to denied and Google does not create the optional cookies listed above, although aggregated cookieless technical signals may be sent without user profiling.
4. Managing your choice
The first-layer banner offers two clear choices:
- Accept all: enables essential, analytics and advertising cookies.
- Essential only: leaves analytics and advertising consent denied.
You can change or withdraw your choice at any time using Cookie settings in the footer. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser. Blocking every cookie may affect essential website functions.
